(1) Returns can be made within 2 weeks from the date of arrival of the product.
(2) Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, please note that we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for the following products.
・ Products used
・ Items that have been received for more than 2 weeks
・ Products that have been scratched or soiled by the customer
・ Other products that clearly state that they cannot be returned on the product introduction page
(3) We will bear the shipping cost for returned goods.
(4) Refunds will be made within 7 business days after the returned item arrives, depending on the payment method.
