Pre-Assembled Cylinder Set for Aluminum Frames
Make Motion-System Building Easier.
This set includes cylinder assemblies and a controller for installation on aluminum-frame rigs.
The cylinder assemblies are supplied with sliders, springs, and other mounting components already assembled, significantly reducing the work required when building a DIY simulator.

Cylinder Specifications
- Maximum thrust: 80 kg per cylinder
- Stroke: 50 mm / 100 mm
Choose a 50 mm or 100 mm stroke according to your application.

* If you are adding cylinders to LITE2, only the 50 mm stroke is supported.
Please select the standard controller (up to 8 axes).
Installation on Aluminum Frames
Designed for 40 × 2 (80 mm) aluminum-frame structures.
Because the cylinder section is pre-assembled, you can proceed with motion-system construction by mounting the assemblies to the frame.
Controller
The 4-axis controller synchronizes motion across multiple axes.
* The standard controller is supplied as a circuit board in a resin case.
The power supply and amplifiers are provided separately.

Supports racing and flight simulators.

Individual cylinders can also be controlled via UDP communication.

2-Axis Configuration

Roll + pitch motion
Reproduces basic changes in vehicle attitude.
4-Axis Configuration

Roll + pitch + heave (vertical motion)
Allows larger pitch angles and vertical movement.
* Use foot jacks or similar components with a swiveling mechanism at pivot points.
