Upgrade Compatibility

There is no need to replace components such as servo motors; your existing cylinder will continue to operate. The upgrade involves replacing the controller and the internal amplifier.
1. We will contact you when the new controller is ready.
2. Please ship your current controller to us via freight collect.
3. We will ship the new controller to you within one business day of receiving your controller.

*On-site replacement by our staff is also available.

High-Speed Operation

Response time (the time from when the cylinder’s movement position—calculated by the simulator—is sent to the controller until the cylinder begins moving) has been significantly improved. It is approximately 10 times faster than the old controller. Additionally, when expressing motion with multiple axes, the movement feels more realistic when all cylinders operate in sync. With this new controller, we have achieved a response time variation of less than 2 milliseconds between each cylinder.

Software

 You can use software optimized for high-speed operation.

■ Suppressing
Unpleasant Motion ・Acceleration and deceleration for each cylinder can
be set When you want to move a cylinder in the opposite direction while it is in motion, the faster the movement, the more it feels like noise to the driver. This can be mitigated by adjusting the acceleration and deceleration.
・Filter Settings
Since conventional moving averages inevitably cause delays, the new software incorporates a high-speed filter. By adjusting the frequency settings, you can suppress excessive vibration and achieve smoother motion.
・Adjustable
forward and reverse multipliers To reduce vibration during gear shifts, we’ve made it possible to set separate multipliers for forward and reverse. By reducing the reverse multiplier, you can drive without fatigue even when applying higher G-forces during braking.

■ Added
Setting Save Function We have added support for saving and loading settings, which was a frequently requested feature.

■Added
7-axis and 8-axis (in vertical seat mode) lateral G inversion for the vehicle body We’ve added a setting where the seat tilts normally in response to G-forces, while the vehicle body tilts in the opposite direction. This not only conveys the sensation of weight being placed on the outside tire but also helps minimize body tilt even during large motion, thereby reducing discomfort.

■Added Understeer Effect (rFactor, Assetto Corsa): The front wheels now vibrate to convey
to the driver when steering exceeds the front tires’ limit.
