T1500cup CVT Version (Vehicle MOD for Assetto Corsa) (Commercial License Edition)

This is the CVT version of a front-wheel-drive compact hatchback designed for one-make racing, suitable for a wide range of drivers from beginners to advanced.

Based on the same vehicle dynamics as the standard “T1500cup” version, this edition adds gearshift control and shift operations modeled after a CVT.

The setup is simple, with adjustable parameters limited to the bare essentials.

TCS and ABS can only be toggled ON or OFF.

Features of the CVT Version

It features a transmission control system modeled after a CVT vehicle.

You must press the brake when changing shift positions such as R, P, or D.

It also features a control system that reduces engine output when lateral G exceeds a certain threshold.

You can enjoy throttle response and shifting characteristics that differ from the standard version.

Vehicle Behavior

We have independently created behavior data for the entire vehicle, including the engine, aerodynamics, tires, suspension, drivetrain, and speed limiter.

The suspension configuration features a strut-type system at the front and an axle-type system at the rear.

These models are designed based on a track grip of 100% within Assetto Corsa.

*As an exception, some courses are designed based on 97% track grip.

Concept

By intentionally limiting the range of settings, the configuration is designed to serve as an ideal introduction to understanding vehicle setup.

Since performance differences between vehicles are minimized, the results are more easily influenced by the driver’s inputs and driving skills, allowing for a fair one-make race.

The CVT version allows you to experience throttle response and gearshift characteristics that differ from the standard version.

Installation Instructions

Unzip the downloaded archive and copy the following vehicle folders into the “cars” folder within Assetto Corsa.

If you installed Steam using the default settings, the destination folder is as follows.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\content\cars

If you installed Steam or Assetto Corsa in a different location, please check the actual installation directory.

About the Commercial License

This product is a commercial license version that can be used at various events, simulator shops, simulator facilities, schools, corporate exhibitions, and similar venues.
